Leonetta oversees overall operations for the Northern Region including both behavioral health and child welfare, including foster care, adoption preservation and services for families with indicated cases of abuse and neglect whose children remain in the care of their parents. She is located in the Rockford office.
Leonetta has an accomplished leadership, healthcare and corporate career history, all in the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago, which began over 30 years ago working with at-risk youth and families. She has brought her leadership and diverse skill set full circle and back to her core passion.
Her expertise includes organizational development, evidence-based and solution-focused initiatives, key stakeholder relationship management, population management, behavioral health services, CRM and overall people and operations management. Her experiences range from leading strategic planning activities to multi-county crisis services, inpatient and outpatient services for adolescents and adults, disaster preparedness, new healthcare business development and management and retail pharmacy and healthcare innovations. Leonetta has a plethora of accomplishments in these arenas include facilitating many of the strategic initiatives for a portfolio of accounts valued over $22.5B. She has also served on many local, regional, and state committees as well as healthcare and nonprofit boards and currently volunteers with Imerman Angels and the Northern Illinois Food Bank.
Leonetta is a proud tri-husky holding a BSN, MS in Family and Child Studies and an MBA degree all from Northern Illinois University.
