Hilary Freeman has over 30 years of administrative, financial and operations management experience in non-profit social service agencies. With Children’s Home & Aid, she directs and manages quality assessment and improvement; training; employee resources; information systems; data collection, reporting and analysis; agency licensing; and COA accreditation.
Prior to joining Children’s Home & Aid, she served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Jane Addams Hull House Association and prior to that as Treasurer and Vice President of Administration at Feeding America–the national network of food banks.
Hilary has a bachelor’s degree in education from University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in social services administration from Spertus College. In addition to many courses at University of Wisconsin and DePaul University towards a master’s degree in Business Administration, she also has a Certificate in Business Administration from University of Illinois at Chicago.
