Hilary Freeman has over 30 years of administrative, financial and operations management experience in non-profit social service agencies. With Children’s Home & Aid, she directs and manages quality assessment and improvement; training; contract management; information systems; data collection, reporting and analysis; agency licensing; and COA accreditation.
Prior to joining Children’s Home + Aid, she served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Jane Addams Hull House Association and prior to that as Treasurer and Vice President of Administration at Feeding America – the national network of food banks.
Hilary has a bachelor’s degree in education from University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in social services administration from Spertus College. In addition to many courses at University of Wisconsin and DePaul University towards a master’s degree in Business Administration, she also has a Certificate in Business Administration from University of Illinois – Chicago.
