Welcome and Helpful Tips
A heartfelt welcome and congratulations on your new job at Children’s Home & Aid! We are glad to have you on board. The addition of staff like you to our agency helps us continually strive towards our rally cry of “Best People!”. Thank you for coming on this journey with us and for your commitment to being the “Best!”.
Soon, you will be receiving an invitation to New Employee Orientation. In the meantime, I want to share some helpful tips:
Who to ask?
For questions about your pay or benefits, email Payroll&Benefits@childrenshomeandaid.org to connect with our Payroll & Benefits team.
For questions related to Human Resources, send an email to hrdepartment@childrenshomeandaid.org to connect with our Human Resources team
Who is that person?
You can use UltiPro to get to know your colleagues, match faces with names, and locate contact information!
Just type a first or last name in the search bar in the upper right hand corner of your UltiPro home page.
What is the “Corporate Drive?”
Lots of helpful information is located on the “CORPSHARE” drive, sometimes referred to as the “Corp. Drive”, “K Drive” or “All Staff Drive”. Here’s a quick guide to a few of the most frequently searched documents:
- Policy + Procedure Manual
