Serving as our headquarters in Bloomington, this location has been a resource for the most disadvantaged low-income families of McLean County and the surrounding area for years. The agency offers a comprehensive array of services and programs, annually serving the needs of more than 3,000 children and families in McLean County and the surrounding area.
East St. Louis Office
Located at 601 James R. Thompson Boulevard in East St. Louis, the site provides adoption services, foster care, intact family services and parent support services to children, youth and families in the Metro East area.
Alton Office
Located at 6 Crossroads Court in Alton, the site provides adoption services, intact family services and youth services to children, youth and families in the Metro East area.
Regional Office
Located at 2133 Johnson Road, the site serves as our Southern Region headquarters in Granite City. We offer a comprehensive array of services and programs, annually serving 2,400 families and 6,400 children and adults in the Metro East area.
