Located at 601 James R. Thompson Boulevard in East St. Louis, the site provides adoption services, foster care, intact family services and parent support services to children, youth and families in the Metro East area.
Belleville Office
Located at 120 East A Street in Belleville, the site provides adoption services, foster care and youth services to children, youth and families in the Metro East area.
