Taking Steps to End Child Abuse 5K Color Run
April 21, 2018 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Why We Run/Walk
The annual race is in memory of young Duncan and Jack Leichtenberg of LeRoy, victims of the 2009 murder-suicide by their father after he failed to return them to their mother from a visit.
Please join us on Saturday, April 21, for our 8th annual run/walk to help change lives. All proceeds from the race go to the Family Visitation Center, the only one of its kind in the McLean County region. The center provides a safe, neutral, child-friendly environment for supervised visitation and exchanges for families experiencing domestic violence or a high-conflict divorce.
