The Jerri Hoffmann Child & Family Center supports mission growth, sustainability and expanded supportive family services. High quality early childhood education can transform and change life trajectories. Opened in 2015, the Hoffmann Center is a state-of-the-art child care center, serving approximately 230 children and their families annually.
The facility is located on Lake Marian near Rte. 25 in Carpentersville, Illinois. With a seven acre campus and a leading-edge curriculum that promotes language, math and science literacy, Children’s Home & Aid offers both affordable and amazing child care options. Our Programs
Early Childhood Care* (*Tuition assistance may be available based on income) Offered from 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Our Early Childhood Program lovingly serves children ages 6 weeks to 6 years
Preschool For All* (*Free to qualifying families) Preschool For All program is an instructional program based on the Creative Curriculum®, the academic approach that has been used widely in Head Start. Program activities are designed to help children develop problem-solving, self-regulation, communication, and critical thinking skills in preparation for the transition to kindergarten. Morning Program: 9 – 11:30 a.m. for Children Ages 3 – 4 years Afternoon Program: 1 – 3:30 p.m. for Children Ages 3 – 4 years Full-Day Program: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. for Children Age 4 by 9/1
Full-Day Kindergarten* (Age 5 by 9/1) (*Tuition assistance may be available based on income) 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with early drop-off and late pick-up hours Full-Day Kindergarten is available to families who would like their child involved in a state-certified Kindergarten program (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) embedded into an extended drop-off and pick-up schedule. Extended care available from 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
