In order to keep the CCR+R child care database accurate, we ask all child care providers to update their information quarterly or as needed. This information will be used for: referrals to parents in need of child care (with your consent), gathering of statistical information, and mailing labels to approved organizations offering professional development or funding opportunities. If you are a new program, you must fill out the form in its entirety in order to be added to the database.
