Champions for Children 2010

Children’s Home + Aid held its 5th annual Champions for Children Luncheon at the Palmer House Hilton on Wednesday, May 19th, to celebrate and honor key community leaders and organizations that have made an impact in the lives of children and families. This year, Children’s Home + Aid recognized the valuable contributions of Walgreens’ President and CEO Greg Wasson, Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan, and Bill and Cathy Osborn, presenting them with the agency’s annual awards.

Rob Johnson, CBS 2 TV News Anchor, was the master of ceremonies at the Luncheon where 500 guests gathered to support the mission of Children's Home + Aid. The Luncheon raised more than $450,000 to benefit programs and services provided by Children’s Home + Aid.
