Community Child Care Center of Palatine Township

Community Child Care Center of Palatine Township

Established in 1973, the Community Child Care Center of Palatine Township offers an array of services dedicated to children and their families including center-based child day care.

At the center, staff and parents form a partnership to promote the growth and development of children. The center offers full-time care only and serves children of working parents ages 6 weeks to 6 years. A social service component supports early intervention services for children and their families whenever staff and/or parents have questions or concerns. On-site subsidized care funding applications are offered for those who qualify.

Preschool for All

The Preschool for All program offered through the Center is a half-day instructional program based on the Creative Curriculum®, the academic approach has been used widely in Head Start. The program provides instruction to 60 children who are at risk for academic failure. The 180-day preschool program is integrated with the center’s full-day, full-year child care programs, comprehensively addressing the needs of at-risk children.
